Each attendee receives a two-channel headset and can switch between Stage 1 and Stage 2 at any time.

05 / How the speaker can participate

How speakers take part

The format is matched to the speaker’s expertise and point of view.

We begin with what the speaker can contribute. A speaker may join a panel, interview, presentation or individually developed solo session. The curatorial team recommends the topic, format and stage in conversation with the speaker and their representatives.

Main stage · 40 min + 10 min

A conversation with up to three speakers, led by a moderator and followed by audience interaction.

Interview

Main stage · special conversation

A one-to-one conversation led by the curatorial team, focused on the guest’s experience and point of view.

Presentation

Stage 2 · 30 min + 10 min

An individual presentation or case study, which may also be delivered in a 25-minute flash format.

Special session

Standalone format · developed individually

A solo feature built around the speaker’s expertise, perspective and availability, directly with the curatorial team.

How participation is developed.

    Initial contact

    We receive the speaker’s current title, short biography, areas of expertise, contact information and availability.

    Editorial review

    We look for first-hand experience, a clear point of view and a genuine connection to one of the five tracks.

  3. 03

    Topic and format

    We agree on the most appropriate topic, format, stage and potential fellow participants.

  4. 04

    Confirmation

    Once both sides agree, we confirm the schedule, format, materials and production requirements.

  5. 05

    Pre-event briefing

    Before the Festival, we hold a briefing to align the content, questions and onstage dynamics.
