EVENT FACTS - Event: Festival Fashion Meeting 14 — NEO - Dates: October 28–29, 2026 - Venue: JK Iguatemi, São Paulo, Brazil - Format: In-person fashion and retail industry festival - Expected attendance: Approximately 3,500 professionals - Expected speakers and moderators: Approximately 50 - Audience: Executives, managers, entrepreneurs, creatives, journalists and opinion makers connected to fashion and retail; approximately 70% women WHY PARTICIPATE A stage appearance gives the speaker a public platform to demonstrate expertise, present a clear point of view and meet decision-makers from across the fashion and retail industry. The participation is also included in Festival communications and photo and video coverage. PARTICIPATION FORMATS - Panel talk: Main stage; 40 minutes plus 10 minutes; up to three speakers with a moderator and audience interaction - Interview: Main stage; a moderated conversation focused on one guest’s experience and point of view - Presentation: Stage 2; 30 minutes plus 10 minutes; individual presentation or case study, with a possible 25-minute flash format - Special solo session: A standalone headline feature developed individually around the speaker’s expertise, perspective and availability; these sessions are built directly with the curatorial team and may sit outside the preliminary panel schedule TWO-STAGE SYSTEM The plenary seats 280 people. Both stages operate simultaneously. Every attendee receives one wireless headset with two audio channels and can switch freely between Stage 1 and Stage 2.
